PROCESSING TIME: Please allow us 1 to 3 Days to process your order. You will receive a confirmation once we have confirmed your order.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

All orders are shipped within 2-7 days after payment using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, shipping may take longer than usual. The typical delivery timeframe is between 3 to 25 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. 

DELIVERY

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER(S)?

This varies depending on where you are. Typically it can take anywhere from 3-25 days for you to receive your order. It may take longer than 25 days if you are not residing other than following countries ( US, UK, Canada ).

Hair products like Weaves, Closures, Wigs will take 1-8 days to ship by DHL/FEDEX.

WHY DOES IT TAKE THAT TIME TO ARRIVE TO ME?

We are directly partnered with manufacturers in the United States and Asia. The orders generated from this web store will be sent directly from the manufacturers to the customers. This eliminates the middlemen and brings our customers the best quality merchandises at the best price possible.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

WHY MY ITEMS ARE SHIPPED SEPARATELY?

Read above. The orders will be shipped from different warehouse if they are not stored within the same ones. This will also reduces the value of the parcels therefore making it exempt from tax. 

MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT

We know how important your order is! LavishLuxx provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but LavishLuxx does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

DO YOU OFFER BUYER PROTECTION?

Yes. We offer 60 days protection. If your order has not been delivered in that time. We will refund your full payment. 

WHAT IF MY ITEMS IS CONFISCATED BY CUSTOMS?

We will send you a new one and extend your buyer protection for 60 days from when the replacements are sent out.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS?

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there will be no returns or refunds.
